This Special Edition Cookbook was published by SISPTA to commemorate and celebrate SISHK’s 30th Anniversary. Part of the proceeds from the sale of the Cookbook was donated to J Life Foundation, a Hong Kong charity, with a vision to mitigate the cycle of child poverty and to reduce cross-generational poverty in low income families in Hong Kong.

Our Cookbook includes International Recipes from professional chefs based in Hong Kong and Singapore, and recipes contributed by our SISHK staff, parents and students.
